Multiple Stage Cooling
As fresh picked berries arrive from the field, the fruit needs to be refrigerated quickly to reduce spoiling. Our systems allow for three stages of cooling - field heat removal, blast cooling, and a holding cooler. Learn more about farm refrigeration here.
